Veggie Soup

1 pound burger - browned, rinsed, and drained
1 lge. can V8 juice
16 oz. frozen mixed veggies
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dip mix

Mix and simmer until veggies are tender.

  1. I use only 1/2 pound of burger because I like the veggies more than the burger.I sometimes add more veggies too.

    I also use no-name veggie juice and ranch dip mix. They are cheaper than the V8 and Hidden Valley and are basically the same thing.
